Julian Hart

Julian Hart writes the peptide and hormone guides on bodybuildingweights.net. He has trained clients for 20 years, and peptides and dosage protocols have been his focus for most of that time. At 55 he still trains, which is why a lot of what he writes is aimed at lifters who are no longer 25: recovery, joints, bloodwork and long-term health rather than one cycle. The approach is the same in every guide. Start with the primary literature, say plainly what it does and does not show, and mark the difference between human trial data and animal or mechanistic research. Where the evidence is thin, the guide says so instead of filling the gap with confident language. That means dosing and reconstitution maths worked through step by step, half-life and storage tables, side effect sections that separate what trials reported from what gets repeated on forums, and straight answers about what a certificate of analysis does and does not prove. He is not a doctor and nothing on this site is medical advice. The guides explain what the research says and make the practical questions easier to reason about. Anything involving dosing, bloodwork or a health condition should be discussed with a qualified clinician. Guides are reviewed quarterly and each one shows the date it was last checked. BPC-157 vs TB-500: Which One for Which Injury

BPC-157 and TB-500 get discussed as alternatives to each other and they are not: BPC-157 is a fifteen amino acid fragment of a gastric protein studied mainly for its effects on blood vessels and the gut lining, and TB-500 is a fragment of thymosin beta-4, a protein whose main job Read more…

BPC-157: What the Research Shows and How It Is Used

BPC-157 is a synthetic fifteen amino acid peptide, not approved as a medicine anywhere, with an unusually large animal literature and a very small human one. A 2025 systematic review of the orthopaedic literature identified 36 studies published between 1993 and 2024, and almost all of them are animal work. Read more…

How Long Do Reconstituted Peptides Last in the Fridge?

The published windows run from 14 days to 56 days, and which one applies to your vial depends on two things rather than on the compound: whether the water you mixed it with contained a preservative, and what the manufacturer validated. One growth hormone label allows 14 days after mixing Read more…

How to Reconstitute a Peptide: Step by Step With a Dosing Chart

To reconstitute a peptide you add a measured volume of sterile or bacteriostatic water to the lyophilised powder, and the amount of water you add sets the concentration, not the dose. A 5 mg vial mixed with 2 mL of water gives 2.5 mg per mL. Mixed with 1 mL Read more…

Peptide Half-Life Chart: How Long Each Peptide Stays Active

Peptide half-lives run from about 11 minutes (tesamorelin) to about a week (semaglutide). This chart puts every commonly discussed peptide in one place, and tells you what the number is based on: a human study, an animal study, or nothing at all. Most half-life pages answer for one compound at Read more…

Dianabol (Methandienone) Tablets: A Bodybuilder’s Buying Guide for 2026

Dianabol has been the entry point into anabolic steroids for two generations of bodybuilders, and it is still the compound people ask about first. The reason is simple. Methandienone, its generic name, produces visible size and strength gains faster than almost anything else that comes in a tablet. The problem Read more…

Peptides, HGH and HCG: What Bodybuilders Should Know Before They Buy

Ask ten bodybuilders about peptides and you will get ten different answers, because the word is used for everything from a cheap research vial to pharmaceutical growth hormone to the HCG people keep for after a cycle. Those products have almost nothing in common. They have different regulatory status, different Read more…
